Busy bee

Seems like all we ever do is run run run. WE have been busy working on stuff for the church. We changed the name a month ago, but now finally writing a letter to the movement, and creating a facebook page for it. We are really excited to have youth pastors moving up here in December. But until then I have got so many things to get done. I need to find a Christmas program and also get a float idea for the Christmas parade. Plus plan a meal for the Bible School Choir when they are here. My house is never gonna be clean with everything I need to get done....lol

THis week Ali has been sick, and so whiny. She's been running a fever, so hopefully she will get over that soon! Tomorrow we have an opportunity to go to a museum for free. We have never been to Exploration place so that's where we are hoping to go! I think the kids would really enjoy it.
JEremy has been practing very hard on his guitar. We've added praise and worship along with the hymns. I have really enjoyed adding something different to worship!
WEll it's lunch time better go.

busy busy busy

Wow time just goes by so fast. Seems like yesterday we were getting back from youth camp and now it's the end of July and we will be leaving for camp meeting. Things have been going really good. After camp the kids had several ball games that we had to juggle. We briefly saw my Aunt Donna from california for a day. It rained a lot during 4th of July, so we didnt get to go to our usual fireworks, so we ended up buying some for ourselves and shooting it in between thunderstorms. We also celebrated my son Joe's 5th birthday. We ended up going to the fair because once again we were afraid it would rain. We also went and saw Toy Story 3 with a neighbor kid. It was really cute. Our last few weeks have been focused on our Church and doing things around the house. We leave for camp meeting tomorrow and we are really excited to see many friends and really be blessed by the messages. Also when we get back we have some people are going to come help put a new roof on the parsonage. We are very excited for the things God is going to do. We have some things up our sleeves that we are really anxious to happen. We are going to have a school supply drive for kids right before school starts. School is right around the corner. I have already started shopping, but still have a lot to get. I know that I dont keep this up very much but I will try and get better with sharing all the awesome things that God is doing!

whew

Wow these last few weeks have been crazy! We went to Midwest JR and SR youth camps and Jermey counseled while I stayed in a separate dorm with our 3 kiddos. IT was a good time but very tiring. I got home last night because Joe had summer school and tball game tonight. Jeremy will hopefully come home tomorrow night. We miss him so much when he's gone! I do especially because this single parenting is tough! I dont know how people do it 24/7. I am very blessed to have a wonderful husband who helps out with the kids. We are really looking forward to really start working in the church. This summer is only getting started. We have some family coming in and Joe's bday coming up as well, then fairs, and camp meeting, and then before we know it school will start again... lol

But focusing on today we were very blessed when we received something in the mail that was totally unexpected. I'm trying to focus on that blessing while I melt away in my house. Our AC is not working like it should, dont know what's wrong (and JEremy isnt here to fix it). Oh well Noah is really growing more each day. He's understanding the different things I tell him. He's such an ornery boy. But he does know how to throw his diaper away in the trash now. ha ha Anyways I need to get something accomplished so I better go.

last day of school

Today was the last day of school! Yipee, or so I think.
know the kids will fight but I'm looking forward to this summer. I know we will be very busy with youth camps, tball, camp meeting, family visiting, and a lot of other stuff, but hopefully we can slow down and enjoy as well. We hope to go camping and just enjoy the lake! Right now we are currently trying to find new ways to make some extra money. We are going to run a fireworks stand to give us some extra income. That should prove to be fun! But at least Jeremy can use whatever fireworks for his own purpose. He is like a little kid......
Tomorrow we are going to the ENT doctor because my son Joe stuck chickweed in his ear. Dont understand why but sure enough there are two pieces stuck in his ears. The ER nurses couldnt get it out. So guess we will see how they get it out tomorrow. We are also busy with Ali's gymnastics recital. She has one more practice then Friday is the big night! I am going to make her take dance and gymnastics next year. She didnt want to this year because she thought she knew it all and was going to be bored. I should have fought harder because the costumes they are using this year are so cute. I am excited to see the recital on Friday night :)

praying for direction

Right now we are at a standstill for today....we are deciding whether or not Jeremy should work for the next week. Our dilemna is we have soooo much to do. We need to get going on all we need to if we are going to sell fireworks, plus we have 8th grade promotions, a cousin's dance recital, and rehearsals all next week for Ali's gymnastics recital. Then we have the last day of school also! We only have 2 weeks left until camp begins. Jeremy is going to counsel and I was going to stay down there with the kids. That's also another dilemna because Joe starts summer school that week and I would feel horrible for him to miss his first day, but my bday is also that week and I dont want to spend it away from Jeremy. Then Joe has a tball game that thursday, his first one and AAHHHHH. I'm so at a loss of what to do. I can't travel back and forth that week, that's gas $$$ and time. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive back and forth to camp. Anyways we feel very strongly that Jeremy is supposed to be full time Pastoring. Going back into that environment is very hard on him. Anyways............
This Saturday is a very hot one. I should be continuing to clean but it's so hot, and we are waiting to turn on the AC just because of money. Jeremy is also not feeling well and our yard needs to be mowed soooo bad. Any volunteers???? hee hee hee

Yesterday was Ali's field day. We had a good day. (SUNBURNED) but good. IT was a bunch of different events. Next Wednesday is Joe's field day/Daddy day. I know he is looking forward to it.
I can't believe that this year is almost over! Where has the time gone??

I have so much on my mind so sorry if this is scrambled to ya, but we are also thinking of different ways to make $$$ and we are thinking of ebay????!! I better go look into that. Until another time. Have a good weekend :)

Good day

Today has been a good day. Noah had a much better night, (the previous night he cried and cried. I Think he had bad gas.) I got up to take the kids to school and after I got home Jeremy put Noah back to sleep for his nap and then I took a nap. It's been raining all day so what a great day to sleep :) After I woke up we worked on housework, played around on the internet, and even cooked some. I have been in the mood to bake.....not sure why. I made a pound cake, and cut up some strawberries and made strawberry shortcake. I also made a Parmesan crusted turkey burger. they were pretty good. I am also going to try some new recipes that we find online.
Noah has been walking more and more every day. It's so cute, he is gaining more confidence. He is also nursing less, and taking a bottle more. Now if we can get the nightime feedings out! We only have less than a week of school, wow this year has flown by. Ali is almost done with kindergarten. Also camps are coming up. Oh and Joe is going to do summer school. I am really hoping this helps him! He is supposed to go see an allergists in September.
Jeremy and I are trying to focus more on the Church, and the people of our community. We are trying to create new ideas to reach people. We are praying for God's direction and for our finances. Please keep us in your prayers as well!

Graduation day

Well today was Pretty Prairie graduation....my sweet baby cousin was Valedictorian! How proud of him I am! I cant believe he is already graduated high school. I remember my aunt being pregnant with him, and the doctors telling her to abort him because they thought there would be something greatly wrong with him, and now I can laugh because he was the smartest in his class. This week holds a dr appt for my son, and a shopping trip with my mom. I am looking forward to it!

Here I go

SO, I have been meaning to write for quite awhile, I just never seem to find the time to sit down, relax and write on my "big" computer. I'm always on my phone, but every now and then I like to actually be able to see what I"m reading...lol I have always wanted to be a write, so hopefully this may inspire to actually write! hee hee, I guess I find my life sometime boring, but I know with the whirlwind life I have maybe I can inspire somebody, or just better myself. :) I am just learning all of this stuff so until again.....
