YIPPEE

We are in shock right now! Yesterday we waited around to see if she would have the surgery and still no decision had been made. The doctors decided to put in an ART line to compare her oxygen saturation levels in her artery compared to her other oxygen sats. THey wanted to get a better idea of what was happening in her. THis morning they tried to put the art line but had no luck (she's such a hard stick afterall). Well Dr O Brian came in and said they decided NOT to do the surgery. They thought right now with her sats doing so good, that if they tightened the bands that they would only drop her sats. They think as she grows she will continue to grow into her bands. SO the plan for now is we are getting moved out of the PICU on to the 4th floor. (It may be tomorrow because she has to receive a blood transfusion due to her hemoglobin a little low). BUt the great news that we are going to be on a different floor for Christmas (if not home by then). The 4th floor is much easier to have visitors and have food and cell phones. We are very excited that Haley is stable and doing so well. Thank you everyone for your prayers. GOD has been so faithful to us and holding us when we are in our moments of weakness.
